The apartments have one or two bedrooms, and are set out in nine blocks on an area of approximately 3,500 metres.

The apartments are in a quiet residential area, 700 metres from the beach and town centre. The apartments comprise of a bed-setee (children up to 12 years of age) in the lounge. Fitted kitchen with electric oven and fridge. Safety deposit box and fan, Satelite TV, terrace or balcony.

Rates include: cleaning three times a week. There is a small lounge, two swimming pools and a childrens pool.

There is a solarium with sun beds: a play area for children, and a laundry room for personal use. Some of the apartments have airconditioning which is available on payment of a supplement.
